Sleeps 4/6 - there are 2 bedrooms, (2 single beds & 1 double), kitchen and seating area, with lovely wooden balcony. 

Parc St. James is an unusual and secure site 4* site where the mobile homes are placed for the maxium privacy.  It is in a residential area of many hectares and surrounded by cork & eucalyptus trees where you can always find shade and some cool breeze. Flatscreen TV with many english channels. Bosch washing machines available on site, bar, excellent shop with fresh french bread baked twice daily and of course the local wine, a pizza bar and restaurant during the season with fresh fish and great french dishes at reasonable cost, or you can go to the early morning fish market in St. Tropez to cook your own.   There are many free activities, mini golf, 2 large swimming pools which are supervised and jucuzzi with a separately enclosed paddle pool for tots.

Whether its a break for singles or families this is a lovely area to get to know - with wonderful views everywhere, perched villages, and brilliant local french markets daily full of gastronomic and fashion delights and furniture and antique markets on Sunday near St. Grimaud.  Port Grimaud meanwhile with its beautiful Venetian style houses painted in muted colours look stunning and many short boat journeys can be taken to the surrounding ports - often the best way to go to St Tropez market on Tuesdays and Saturdays from Cogolin beach port around the bay which runs half hourly each way in the summer months.  For families there is plenty to do with fairground, large supermarket and numerous beaches to explore.  If you want to go further afield there are many routes through to Italy for a huge market or to Grasse for the french perfume factories where you can see the process & make your own.  Cannes for the film festival is within easy reach and there is also Monaco, Antibes, Nice and Marseille to visit.

St. Tropez, Gassin village, Grimaud Port and village are no more than 5km away.  1hr 15mins to Nice Airport, nearest airport Hyres (St. Tropez) 40mins drive.
